"Orange Werneri" Isopods (Armadillidium werneri) are often used in a symbiotic relationship with the "Klugii" Clown Isopods.
This combination allows the Isopod farmer the ability to add the coveted 5 white spot rows instead of the standard 3 white spotted rows found on a variety of Clown Isopod species.
Armadillidium werneri are the extra large "flagship' Armadillidium Isopod species. Bold orange and white coloring while also getting the Bio-Active benefit of the "Klugii" Isopod populations.
"Orange Werneri" Isopods are slow-moderate growers with a reputation for being accessible breeding populations.
Found in Greece, these Isopods seem to prefer a low-humidity environment to help them thrive. "Orange Werneri" Isopods are well known to be a fantastic addition to vivarium and terrarium setups.
